Arkansas River: Located in Buena Vista, about 1 hour from Breckenridge, with whitewater classes ranging from III-V. Have you ever thought that you’d died and gone to heaven? You’ll get that feeling while spending time on the Ark, and I’m not talking about the one that Noah built. The views are astonishing, and you might even see some wildlife hanging out along the shore.
Clear Creek: Located in Idaho Springs, about 45 minutes from Denver, with whitewater classes ranging from III-V. Ideal for those visiting Denver and weekend warriors. Conveniently situated between Breckenridge and Denver, you can be rafting within minutes from your home base. At Clear Creek, you’ll find out that we have something for everybody here.
Colorado River: Located in Kremmling, about 45 minutes from Steamboat, with whitewater classes including an easy class II and a wild class V. Kremmling is ideal for families or those who are trying to have a chill day on the water. If you don’t want to sit next to your Uncle Frank on the raft because he smells like a gym sock, you can paddle the river in a ducky boat or on a stand up paddle board.
Blue River: Located in Silverthorne, about 45 minutes from Breckenridge, with whitewater classes ranging from II-III. This is another great river for a family to cruise down. If Grandma isn’t feeling adventurous today, let her go shopping at the Silverthorne outlets while you tear it up on big blue.
