8 Events in Breck this Fall

Breckenridge is home to some of the best skiing and hiking in Colorado. With so many activities in Breckenridge, it is no wonder it is such a popular destination. However, Breckenridge offers more than just skiing and hiking. Below you will find 8 awesome fall events in Breckenridge this season.

Taking place on September 11th, Fatty’s Pizzeria is hosting it’s annual golf tournament, where teams of four, $125 a player, will play a full round of golf to support the National Repertory Orchestra. The entrance fee will not only include your golf, but a cart, boxed lunch from Mi Casa, a gift bag, and a buffet dinner at Fatty’s Pizzeria! This is not your typical golf tournament, shenanigans and costumes are more than welcome!

Brewmaster Dinner: The Brewmaster dinner, taking place on September 12th at 6:30pm at the Beaver Run Resort, is a multi-course dinner with a choice of beer or wine with each course, and of course entertainment is provided. This event is $85/person and $160/couple.

Oktoberfest: Taking place September 12th-14th, is a fun filled weekend of fall foliage, great parties, German cuisines, and of course world class craft beer!Oktoberfest-300x224

Ski Swap: Hit the Riverwalk Center to swap last year’s goods for the new! Free of charge, starting on the 12th and continuing all weekend there is ample time to check out and see if there is any gear you would like to snag.

Film Festival: Celebrating its 34th year, starting on September 18th and continuing till the 21st, the Breckenridge Film Festival will show a variety of unique and independent films.

Breckenridge Marathon: Starting in front of Vertical Runner on Main St, Breck, at 7am, the 26.26 mile course will loop around Breckenridge for a total ascent of 1,892.23 feet! Come see all the athletes compete on September 20th.
