Description
What happens when you take two of the best Colorado rafting trips and combine them into two days of non-stop action? You end up with the 2 Day Advanced whitewater rafting trip. That means more exciting rapids, more incredible mountain views, and more time under the stars in the Rocky Mountains. You’ll start with Class III-IV rapids through the heart-pumping Numbers and Narrows sections before entering the awe-inspiring Browns Canyon National Monument. On day 1 we’ll cook mouthwatering lunch between sections, then finish the day with some delicious dinner beside the fire with family and friends. Journey out for a hike or sit on the river bank and fish these gold medal waters for impressive trout. Take in the fresh air, kick off your shoes, and throw around a frisbee. Whatever it may be, take it easy as our guides will handle all of the cooking and cleaning, you just have to relax and enjoy the company.
Day 2 starts with a hot breakfast and coffee to help you refuel for another day on the water. We’ll launch back onto the Arkansas River to finish the rest of the Browns Canyon rapids and end the day with Seidel’s Suckhole and Twin Falls. After the last few rapids, you’ll have some time to relax on the water, take in the sights, and give your muscles a break, then we’ll unload and head back to Buena Vista. The entire trip will be completely covered from food and firewood to tents and chairs, just bring your sleeping bag. Wetsuits and splash jackets are also provided at no extra charge.
