Take your family on a wild ride through the trees after spending a day splashing around Brown’s Canyon. After a few hours paddling your way through some of Colorado’s best whitewater, you and your family will enjoy a nice lunch riverside and have a chance to dry off. Once we’re finished with lunch we will venture to the tees where you and your kids can enjoy spectacular views of the Colorado Rockies. Taking a tour through this part of the Arkansas Valley on a zipline tour is the best way to see nature at its finest. You and your family will spend a full day of white water rafting through beautiful Brown’s Canyon as you take our Sizzler trip starting at 9:30. The morning will start off calm to give you and your kids plenty of time to get used to the river. As the day progresses you’ll experience more splashing with some truly exciting whitewater on the Arkansas. Once you’re finished paddling through those rapids, with a short break for lunch included, you’ll be taken away to fly through the trees. Colorado zip line tours are fun for the whole family and nothing beats the view from above.

The river trips ends as you successfully reach the end of Brown’s Canyon where you’ll enjoy a nice lunch by the river and dry off in preparation for your next adventure. Even though you’ve seen the beautiful Colorado mountains before, you’ve never seen them like this. Don’t miss out on this wild ride through the section of the Arkansas River with rapids simply known as The Numbers. These rapids are so treacherous that they were not given proper names but only the numbers 1 through 7. This section of the Arkansas River is a great addition to your whitewater belt and this river trip is sure to keep your adrenaline pumping through class III-IV rapids. After you’ve finished getting wet and paddling through exciting white water you will enjoy a nice lunch by the river. Take time to reflect on your thrilling morning and dry off to get ready for the next part of your adventurous day. You and your group will rise above the Colorado wilderness in our famous zip line tours. As you skim the tree line and skirt the rock faces in Arkansas Valley you will be blown away by the birds-eye view. The minimum age for this river trip is 15 and the minimum age for the zip line tours is 10 (min weight 75lbs, max weight 250lbs).

The river rafting trip known as the Gauntlet does not disappoint. It truly is nature’s way of testing your whitewater abilities. The rating trip takes place on Pine Creek, which is known for its rapid descent through the mountains of Colorado. As the trip begins in Granite Gorge you will get a chance to view the scenery and get used to the boat, but don’t get too comfortable because the ride gets bumpy. You’ll know you’re in the right place when you reach the rapid that takes you down 200 feet in elevation and the river narrows to half its width. Once you’ve passed through the Narrows you’ll brave through the Numbers and your fun-filled day will pause as you enjoy lunch by the river. After lunch we’ll take you and your group to a place where you can see some of the best views of the Colorado Rockies. Our zip line tours are located in the diverse landscape of the Gold Camp property which covers 44 acres and is home to dense forests as well as rocky cliffs. You’ll see the world from a whole new view as you take to the trees on our Colorado zip line. Minimum age for the rafting trip is 15 and all of our zip line tours have a minimum age of 10 (min wt 75lbs, max wt 250lbs).
