Join us for a full day of heart-pumping rock climbing and whitewater rafting adventures in the heart of the Rocky Mountains. The first half of the day will be spent climbing up natural rock faces in the pristine Arkansas River Valley among tall alpine trees and the roaring Arkansas River. Our experienced instructors will teach you all about rappelling and setting anchors with beginner and more advanced routes. We’ll have everything you need to enjoy the art of rock climbing, so just relax and enjoy some hot coffee at our outpost before you head out. After a few hours of pushing yourself to new limits, we’ll head back for a delicious lunch to help you recharge for an afternoon on the water. Wetsuits and splash jackets will be provided for you at no extra charge, just bring your water shoes! The next half of the day will be spent negotiating intermediate whitewater rapids through the impressive Browns Canyon National Monument. Here you’ll find exhilarating whitewater and incredible scenery found only in Colorado. This family-friendly section of the Arkansas River is perfect for most ages and all experience levels.
